customer responsibility
Customer is responsible for any equipment damaged, lost, stolen or mysteriously disappeared, up to full retail value. All equipment is to be returned clean and full of fuel. (PLEASE NOTE) The use of E85 Bio Diesel will quickly damage small engines and is never to be used in J Rental equipment.
Rates
To be charged the 4 hour rate for overnight rentals, equipment must be picked up after 4:30PM and returned before 7:00AM the next morning. (limited to 4 hours of usage). To be charged the 8 hour rate, equipment must be returned within 24 hours of pickup time. ( limited to 8 hours of usage).
Deposits
Any Customer that does not have an approved account will be required to provide a credit or cash deposit.
